All of the prices we show on our site include our local delivery charge of 7.99 and we don't charge service fees on any orders that are for delivery within our local or outlying delivery area. Outlying areas are subject to additional delivery fees as outlined below.
Flowers By Bill Bush offers same day delivery Monday though Saturday to most addresses in Sarnia and Point Edward on orders we receive before 2pm. We are are unable to provide Sunday delivery service with the exception of orders being delivered to local funeral homes. We also offer same day service to Bright's Grove and Corunna on orders received before 1pm. Next day service is available to Camlachie, Wyoming, Mooretown and Courtright and we can also arrange delivery to outlying areas such as Petrolia and Forest, usually same day or next day.
Bill Bush Flowers can also have your gift of flowers delivered to almost 100% of the United States and Canada. We deliver flowers worldwide, to more than 150 countries across the globe.
Local Delivery: Our local delivery area encompasses Sarnia, Point Edward, Corunna and Bright's Grove and we deliver to all addresses in these communities daily and at no extra fee.
Delivery Fees:There will be no additional fees added for delivery to addresses in our 'local delivery' area ordered on our web site. For all 'outlying' areas additional fees will apply as follows:
Floral delivery times: We offer same-day delivery on most floral orders placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. We suggest next day delivery on some arrangements that use unique flowers or plants — such as exotics — due to the limited availability of these flowers and plants.
Scheduling Deliveries We can guarantee delivery on a specific day, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day although we will make every effort to accomodate your request. On most occasions, the recipient will be called to ensure delivery on the date requested unless you specifically request that we do not.
When the Recipient is unavailable:
Policy varies from florist to florist but we have established the following these procedures for our local deliveries that can't be completed because the recipient is either not home or not present at the address given.
In cases where the address is not within the city of Sarnia, we will call the recipient to schedule delivery and may hold your order until they are able to reach the recipient. This may also be more convenient for the recipient, who will then have a better idea when to expect delivery. During peak periods, for addresses within Sarnia,we may also call ahead on the scheduled delivery day.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers with neighbour if possible or attempt delivery again the next day. Of course,in either case, we will leave a tag on the recipients door (when possible) advising them where their flowers have been left or asking them to contact the shop to arrange re delivery. We will also leave a message at the recipient phone number provided on your order asking the recipient to contact us when they return home so that we can confirm that they are aware that flowers have been left for them or to re schedule delivery at a time that is conveneint for them. If the recipient returns home early enough for us to re deliver the same day, we will make every effort to complete delivery on that day. During major floral holidays deliveries may be made as late as 8pm.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5pm.
If we have been unsuccessful in reaching the recipient and completing delivery by the end of the business day following your scheduled delivery, we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the delay.
Your Personal Information:
Enclosure card information will only include information you have given us on your web order and the senders name will not appear on any label or card given to the recipient unless you have included it on your order in the card or signature fields. However, it is our policy to divulge the name of the sender, in instances where a card is not signed or is anonymous and the recipient requests that we do so.
We will provide delivery confirmation by email at no charge and as a service to our customers.
For local deliveries: We will send you an email delivery confirmation when our delivery person returns from completing your delivery successfully. This is usually by the close of business on the day that your delivery is scheduled, but may be later or even the following morning on very busy holidays, like Mother's day or Valentine's Day.
For Deliveries outside of our local service: When we have word from the florist filling your order that they have completed delivery of your gift you will recieve an email from us advising you of successful delivery.
In most cases you should receive this email by the end of business day on the selected delivery date, but on occasion confirmation may be delayed.This can be because the recipient was not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted or because address or other contact information is incorrect. In the case of orders we have relayed to other florists, it may simply be that the filling shop has not issued delivery confirmations for that day or may not have the technology in place to do so. Policy can vary from shop to shop and not all local florists complete confirmations on the same day.
Of course the fastest way for you to confirm that your flowers have been delivered is for you contact the recipient directly, however we realize that this is not always an option. If this is the case or if you do not wish to contact the recipient, we encourage you to contact us the business day following your scheduled delivery date. We will be happy to relay the status of your order to you and to follow up quickly on any delivery issues.
Along with our staff, we are working very hard to make sure that your online flower buying experience is a positive and rewarding one that you will want to repeat. We are extremely conscious of the fact that for some of the occasions that flowers are most often sent, timely delivery is of the utmost importance. We do everything we possibly can to make sure that there is no delay in the completion of your delivery, but there is no way for us to prevent some unforseen complications. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with the delivery of an order, we promise to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
Everyday Occasion Orders When placing your order, please identify the date upon which it is to be delivered. Same-day deliveries are accepted; please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:
For Canada and United States Deliveries
Monday through Saturday: Orders placed before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on the next available delivery day.
International Deliveries International deliveries are made to locations outside Canada and the United States. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required for your order.
International deliveries can be made the next business day when you place your order by 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday can be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday or anytime on Sunday can be delivered the following Tuesday.
